Kate Middleton shows off thin frame at the Portrait Gala

Kate Middleton looked thinner than usual at The Portrait Gala 2014. The event took place at the National Portrait Gallery in London on Feb. 11, according to Us Weekly.

Middleton stepped out in a blue silk tulle gown designed by Jenny Packham. The gown featured a black velvet belt that showed off her tiny waist. The gown also had a sweetheart neckline and wrap bodice.

Middleton's arms appeared skinnier than usual. Some are concerned that she may have lost too much weight after giving birth in July of last year.

This isn't the first time The Duchess has worn this dress before. She also was seen wearing it at the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Benefit Gala in October of 2013. Middleton loves recycling her favorite fashions.

Middleton wore her brown hair in loose waves. She kept her makeup simple with smoky eyes and pink lips.

Kate Middleton attended this event alone. However, this marks the first royal sighting of 2014. The Duchess has reportedly been a busy mom to Prince George.
