Kate Middleton's puppy dog's name finally revealed as Lupo

Kate Middleton has finally (and accidently) revealed the name of the puppy she and Prince William recently adopted.  During a visit, Tuesday, to an Oxford elementary school the Duchess let it slip that the three month old Cocker Spaniel's name is Lupo.

Until now Kate Middleton and Prince William's dog's name had been a closely guarded secret. In fact, Palace officials went out of their way to inform the media the couple would not be releasing their pooch's name calling him a 'private pet.'

Lupo - which means 'wolf' in Italian - was given to Prince William and Kate Middleton as a Christmas gift from Middleton's parents. The black Cocker Spaniel was part of a litter bred by Kate's mother, Carole Middleton.
