Wondering how Kate Middleton is staying in shape while pregnant with the future British monarch? According to a Jan., 16 report, the Duchess of Cambridge's pregnancy workout is a pretty simple one. Insiders claim she's turned to Pilates and her dog, Lupo, to keep her and the future heir healthy.
According to sources, Kate Middleton's workout regimen while pregnant includes a tri-weekly Pilates session. “She's been doing it three times a week because she feels it's the best type of exercise for her - unlike yoga, she can focus on specific areas of her body,” Now Magazine quotes a source as saying.

In addition, the 31 year old Duchess is reportedly also staying active by getting in plenty of walks with her dog. "Having Lupo by her side while Wills has been away has actually brought her blood pressure down," a friend tells the UK tabloid. Prince William gave Kate the black cocker spaniel as a gift for her 30th birthday last year.

Princess Kate, as she's often inaccurately referred, is also reportedly staying well rested and focusing on relaxing. “Kate's been looking after herself by making sure she gets eight to 10 hours of sleep a night. She's also been playing soothing music by Emeli Sandé, Ellie Goulding and Adele to her bump,” the source said of the pregnant Duchess's daily routine.
Kate is believed to be about 13 or 14 weeks along in her pregnancy. Despite a minor recurrence, she has not had any more notable issues with her acute morning sickness. The pregnancy complication hospitalized her for three days in early December.
