Kate Middleton has turned to yoga to keep herself healthy and fit while pregnant. The Duchess of Cambridge, who's now five months pregnant, is said to be working out with a private yoga instructor several times a week. "Kate has yoga instructor visit her at the palace," ShowBizSpy quotes an insider as saying in a March 14 report.
Early in her pregnancy, a source claimed Kate had also taken up Pilates to focus on specific areas of her body while expecting the royal baby. Either way, it appears she's backed off intense cardio workouts.
As Examiner.com previously reported the 31 year old duchess has also been taking walks with her dog Lupo to stay active while pregnant. She was spotted strolling with a friend in a London park earlier this month.
The health-conscious and active duchess is also reportedly watching what she eats. Still, that hasn't stopped her from giving into a pregnancy temptation every once in a while. “She's got sugar on the brain -- chocolate, biscuits, cakes. When she sneaks off to a nearby Starbucks for a decaf coffee, she'll often pick up a baked good," a source reveals.
From the looks of it, Kate Middleton's pregnancy diet and fitness regimen seem to be working. Even more than halfway through her pregnancy, she is still very slender and has only recently been spotted shopping for maternity clothes.
