Kate Middleton, Prince William and baby Prince George are moving out of their rented home and into their new digs at the palace. This means their Anglesey farmhouse is up for rent, but how is the poor owner of this property going to handle all the inquiries? According to Hello Magazine on Sept. 19, Kate Middleton’s home tops the list of houses folks would most like to see, can you just imagine the attention this farmhouse will draw?
As the Huffington Post suggests, who wouldn’t jump at the chance to be able to say they live in Kate Middleton and Prince William’s old digs. Since Kate, William and baby George will have just vacated the house when new folks move in, can you imagine the excitement when they find a little trinket that fell behind the fridge or some personal item left way atop a closet shelf, forgotten by Kate or William?'
Anyone who’s ever moved into an apartment or rented house can tell you there’s always some forgotten items tucked away in the back of a closet, or that have fallen behind a kitchen appliance. Every kitchen drawer and even what's left under the sink in the kitchen or bathroom is fair game.
Can you just imagine finding something that was Kate’s or Williams? For one thing they could probably get a pretty penny for something as mundane as a used toothbrush that was left behind by the royal couple.
How is this poor landlord going to handle the masses of house hunting appointments to see the farmhouse, mostly for sightseeing purposes? This is one “House for Rent” that will not only draw massive attention, but the owner could probably rent it for much more than fair market value considering who the previous tenants were.
What will the folks who own this property do when it comes time to start showing the Anglesey farm house? Hire in crowd control? This will be an event like no other on that quiet little Island unless he simply rents it by word of mouth to someone he knows.
