Kate Middleton reveals baby bump for first time and looks simply gorgeous

She's back! After holing up in her royal quarters for a while, Kate Middleton was photographed out and about in London last week doing a bit of shopping and to everyone's delight, with a fuller face and rounder figure, her pregnancy was finally visible.

Under a tartan Zara cape (cue the cha-ching at Zara headquarters), Kate Middleton's baby bump poked through in a small, but noticeable way.

It's been several weeks since the Duchess has been photographed, but now that she's feeling better, a source claims that Kate will be making more appearances as she starts to not only plan for the baby, but as she gets involved with charities, as well.

Kate's had a rough go of it. She struggled with hyperemesis gravidarum, essentially a medical term for extreme morning sickness, during the early weeks of her pregnancy, which was complicated by the fact that a hospital worker took her own life after being duped by radio DJ. It was likely and extremely stressful time for the Duchess.

That's why it's so great to see her looking like a lovely, healthy and happy expectant mother. Pregnancy is a unique and special time in a woman's life – We are glad that Kate seems to be in high spirits after a tough first trimester.
