A Kate Middleton dress repeat is trending in top news this week on both Google and Bing, and because the Duchess of Cambridge is widely looked to in terms of both beauty and style, it’s little surprise that everyone noticed when she wore a lovely black lace dress twice. Happy mom Kate decided to wear once again a sheer and iconic look back from 2012 yesterday afternoon to the Natural History Museum for a special event, and looked every bit as stunning as the first time, MSN Wonderwall reveals this Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013.
The Kate Middleton dress repeat began making celebrity news headlines after Duchess Kate made her way to the popular London museum for “Alive,” a new 3D fim by David Attenborough. The beautiful brunette was described as looking “lovely” in the sheer, black lace and soft, floor-length gown made by Alice Temperly, a well-known fashion designer from Britain.
Prior to her second time wearing the dress on repeat to the showing this Wednesday, Kate Middleton also wore the more-than-simple frock to the premiere of “War Horse” on the red carpet back in early January of 2012. Although it’s debatable, some followers of the Duchess of Cambridge are saying that Kate looks even better at this appearance than she did wearing it the first time!
The black-and-cream sheer dress’ designer, Temperly, has said that regardless of the Kate Middleton dress repeat, she sees the mother of Prince George as a true inspiration to women everywhere as a lady of class and elegance.
"She's very graceful, gracious, and she's a brilliant ambassador for British fashion," the designer told the U.K.'s Telegraph. "She mixes up designer and high street; the perfect modern-day woman."
Kate Middleton certainly did look happy and lovely as ever with her husband, the distinguished Prince William, as they greeted others at the London museum event. Of course, when you consider a dress as lovely as this one and with a figure like Duchess Kate Middleton’s, having a dress repeat every now and then is more than acceptable. If anything, followers of the new mom and royal lady seem to be a bigger fan of the black dress the second time around.
