Kate Middleton had a dress repeat, wearing the same black lace gown at the screening of David Attenborough's Natural History Museum Alive 3D that she has worn in the past. On Dec. 11, Huffington Post reported that Duchess Kate wore the Temperley number for a third time (publicly), easily making it one of her favorites. She brought the piece out for two engagements in 2012 and it looks like it's still a go-to piece for her.
"The duchess is an inspiration. She's very graceful, gracious and she's a brilliant ambassador for British fashion. She mixes up designer and high street; the perfect modern-day woman," said designer Alice Temperley earlier this week (via Huffington Post).
Kate Middleton's dress repeat isn't something new. Middleton is known for wearing the same pieces over and over again -- something that could be frowned upon in the fashion industry. However recycling outfits is becoming more of a common trend and people really appreciate the fact that Kate Middleton wears the same outfit more than once.
Kate looks lovely in everything that she wears -- she even looked flawless in her 3D glasses that somehow managed to compliment her black lace gown. Middleton was accompanied by her husband, Prince William, but not much was said about his outfit... typical.
