Leave it up to royalty's dear fashionista to cause a fashion craze! Kate Middleton landed in New South Wales on Thursday in a beautiful blue and white ikat print wrap dress from the Diane von Furstenberg collection, and fashion lovers everywhere rejoiced. The beautiful wrap dress was made of cotton and priced at $325 on the DVF website, and was sold out within minutes of pictures being released of Kate Middleton. Middleton's elegant style has always been one that many love to imitate, and this dress selection proved to be no different. The dress was very flattering on the new mother's silhouette, and although she donned an above the knee hemline the long sleeves balanced out the length of the dress. This balance of legs bared/arms covered created a fresh, yet sophisticated look for the royal beauty.
The ikat print has proven to be a Spring and Summer fave for 2014, and Middleton donned it well. The dress was very flattering, and the colors were perfect for a spring day. Kate accessorized with her signature wedges as well as a small black clutch.
