Kate Middleton and her brother have a close relationship. In fact, the Middleton family seems to be a very tight-knit group -- which explains why the family helped out James who was in debt from his cake business. On March 1, Zap2It a member of the Middleton family gave James the money to bail him out of debt.
"It is not uncommon for start-up companies to make a loss in the early stages of development and it is not something I am concerned about right now. On the contrary I am very excited as after running a pilot over 2012, Nice Cakes will be officially launching later this year with a brand new website and range of products which I am very excited about," James Middleton said.
Kate Middleton's brother needed about $25,000 to get him out of the hole. The company has been in business for 2 years but the business hasn't been profitable for James thus far. As he says, this is common for a start-up company and he will continue moving forward with "Nice Cakes."
James Middleton takes after his family as far as staying in the party-planning business. He seems to really want to do work in this field. Hopefully things will work out for him.
