Kate Middleton and Royal Family displeased with lack of privacy

Apparently photos of Kate Middleton, appearing to be pregnant have emerged from several sources, and the Royal Family isn't too happy with the images.

As reported by the Guardian the very first photos, which were of the pregnant Duchess sunbathing in a bikini while in the Caribbean, were published by an Italian gossip magazine.

A spokesperson for the Royal Family released a statement about the photos saying they were "a clear breach of the couple’s right to privacy." He later added "We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas."

According to Gawker it is unclear whether or not the family will take legal action against the gossip magazine.

Other British tabloids have chosen not to run the photos, to respect the wishes of the Royal Family.

Kate Middleton is reportedly due in July.
