Kate Middleton and Prince William have wonderful news to reveal to the world. The baby they are expecting is due in July. This news was released in a statement from Prince William that the Celebrity Gossip and ABC News picked up on Jan 14. A spokesperson from the palace told the press that. “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July.”
Celebrity Gossip, as of Jan. 10 informs us that the expecting couple has even more exciting news to tell. If Kate Middleton does indeed have a little girl she will be honored with the title of “Princess.” This is due to the fact that Queen Elizabeth II authorized an amendment to the decree regarding female offspring. Since Kate and William haven’t revealed whether they are having a boy or a girl there still is a chance the baby will be born a “Prince.”
The reported announcement stated that. “The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 31 December 2012 to declare that all the children of the eldest son of the Prince of Wales should have and enjoy the style, title and attribute of royal highness with the titular dignity of Prince or Princess prefixed to their Christian names or with such other titles of honor.”
Kate Middleton is 31 years old and is currently thirteen to fourteen weeks pregnant. Her condition is getting better daily after being hospitalized for severe morning sickness (hyperemesis gravidarum) in December.
The Washington Post picked up some interesting information on Jan. 14 by the Reliable Source. It seems the royal publicity team made a statement on Monday ending the speculation of twins. Kate and William are having a single child. The thought of twins was very exciting but now word is out we are all still very excited for them and can’t wait to learn whether the child will be titled “Prince” or “Princess.”
