Kate Middleton may not need to shop in 2013 considering the huge addition to her wardrobe, jewelry, and shoe collection last year. Today (Friday), St. James' Palace released an official and extensive list of gifts members of the royal family graciously accepted while on last year's Diamond Jubliee Tour. As a style-icon, it's fair to say Kate Middleton's closet made out well.
The list of gifts, released on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's official website, reveals Kate was given gifts from everyone from members of the public to Queens and Heads of States. The gifts ranged from children's drawings to jewelry and accessories, even a stamp collection and model canoe.
Some notable highlights from Princess Kate's 2012 gift list reveal she received a total of 10 handbags from various individuals while on the 10-day tour. The Queen of Malaysia generously gifted the Duchess six pairs of shoes, two clutch bags and a traditional dress. On top of that, the King of Malaysia gave Kate a Batik dress. The wife of the Prime
Minister of Malaysia offered Prince William's wife a twin set of South Sea pearls. They were just two of the many pieces of jewelry Kate brought home from the Diamond Jubliee tour.
