Kate Major interview with E! News Part 3: Addressing marriage and Jon's need for space (video)

Tonight on E! News Kate Major continued an exclusive interview with Ken Baker about her relationship with Jon Gosselin. Kate Major began by stating, “I definitely think Jon has feelings for me and cares about me a lot.”

Ken Baker then asked Major about Jon Gosselin, remarrying and being a step mom, “Does Jon want to marry again? Could you be a stepmom?” Kate stated, “At this point in time I’m not sure what he wants to do... [a laughing Kate then stated about being a stepmom] I’m not sure.”

Kate went on to explain why Jon has moved (130 miles from Wernersville, Pa) to NYC, “he moved to NYC I think just to get an apartment.”… “For one, he had to leave the house, and it definitely is not a bachelor pad.”

Ken Baker then concluded the interview by stating, “It seems that you two could have a very good future together.”

Kate stated, “I think Jon just needs to spend time to himself. There are many days that I wish that I could talk to him in person instead of over the phone, but that’s just the way it has to be right now. So if we are better off as friends and that means people will leave him alone and just let him be the dad that he wants to be, then I’m willing to do that for him.” 

Meanwhile, Hailey Glassman, who insisted to RadarOnline.com on Thursday that she and Jon Gosselin have "always been together," apparently wants to make sure everyone knows it. The seemingly on-again couple was reportedly buying shots for fellow bar goers at Lexington Bar and Grill in NYC and they didn't depart from the location until 4:30 a.m. (RadarOnline pictures here)
