Kate Gosselin will ask for child and spousal support on Tuesday in a Norristown, Pennsylvania court. Kate Gosselin has stated that Jon took $230,000 from a joint escrow account that they used to pay for taxes and other items, and now she says is unable to pay family bills.
Jon Gosselin’s lawyers filed a countersuit last Tuesday in the same court. Jon’s attorney Heller is not licensed in Pennsylvania and may not be able to represent him. Earlier this year, Jon joked that he would never be able to get divorced because he wouldn’t be able to afford the child support for eight children.
Jon and Kate plus 8 shot an episode of the show last season in Park City, Utah while there on vacation.
