Kate Gosselin is adamant that she hates that unauthorized biography written about her, but every time she mentions it, she's giving the book free publicity. Kate showed up on the “Today” show Tuesday to reveal why she’s suing her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin and out comes more about the book. Kate is upset because she believes Jon’s contribution to an unauthorized biography about her, is ruining her career chances, according to NBC News on Sept. 24.
The book “"Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World," is far from a best seller and Amazon doesn’t even carry the book anymore. The book infuriates the former reality show star, but the more she talks about the book, the more publicity it gets. She might be doing the author a favor.
Kate is suing Jon saying, that he hacked into her phone and her personal computer, even stealing the hard drive. Kate believes that the information he got out of her personal data was given to the author of “Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.” Kate believes this book has stood in the way of some job opportunities for her.
While this book is pretty much out of mainstream reading today, Kate is giving it a revival of sorts with her complaints about it. Maybe she should just take Jon to court and keep her reasons for suing him a bit more generic as far as the public is concerned.
You know what they say, even bad publicity can be good publicity and with Kate dissing this book, more folks are finding out about it. A lot of people had no idea there was an unauthorized autobiography about the former reality star. She could just take it to the top of the best sellers list if she keeps this up.
