Kate Gosselin has apparently settled in to her motherly duties this year with a heavy commitment to her children.
Gosselin, who has been known to tweet updates several times a day, has slowly become less active in social media, chiming in only to tell fans that she's busy and can't find the time to communicate with her followers.
The frenzy started on Jan. 17, continuing through to Wednesday, when Kate promised to pick up her Twitter obligations later that day, but never did.
On Jan. 17, Kate tweeted that she was "thankful to be healthy enough to keep [her current] pace."
On Jan. 21, Kate started to excuse her Twitter absences by posting, "Just checking in 2 say goodnight! I'll b back 2 chat&hang here just as soon as I can!The new year is keeping me hopping:)! Hope all r well!".
Jan. 22, Kate wrote, "Hi every1! Moving fast&working hard!I'll catch up soon so I can slow 2 a 'normal' pace! Any1 else feel like 2013 is beating them...up?;)".
Kate's last shrouded apology came yesterday when she wrote, "Ok ok..I'm saying 'hey' you,my tweety friends ARE on my 'to do list' today!I miss you & will be back to chat soon..tweety party this wkend?".
Although Kate claimed that her followers were on her "to do list", Kate has yet to post anything since the time of this publication. There's always the weekend.
Meanwhile, tell-all author Robert Hoffman has been MIA. Ever since Kate and TLC allegedly had his highly critical blog shut down last Nov. (which has since been reinstated), Hoffman has only posted one item, a passive aggressive blog post in which he alluded that Kate Goseelin is a child abuser. Hoffman's book "Kate Gosselin: How she Fooled the World" was issued a cease and desist order from Kate and TLC last September after Kate's lawyers successfully got the book pulled from distribution.
