Kate Gosselin looked slimmer than ever at the 2010 Emmy Awards Aug. 29 in a body-hugging black Carmen Marc Valco dress and Valentino heels. (see photo slideshow below)
Gosselin, 35, has clearly benefited from her daily five-mile runs and organic diet, which she says helped her tone up this summer and improve her energy levels.
KATE DANCED IN OPENING SKIT
Kate even got to draw on her experience as a contestant on Dancing With the Stars when she appeared in the opening skit with Emmy host Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey and the cast of Glee.
The recently divorced mom of eight stars on two hit reality shows on TLC: Kate Plus Eight and Twist of Kate. In July, Gosselin and her children went camping with former Alaska governor Sarah Palin in Anchorage.
The camping trip will be featured in an upcoming episode of Palin's new TLC reality show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, which will air Nov. 14, 2010.
