And it sounds like she enjoyed the attention for a brief moment there is something that she has been worrying about behind closed doors. Her ex-husband Jon knows lots of things about her, but it sounds like she doesn’t want him to share one word about her. And according to a new Radar Online report released on Mar. 5, Kate Gosselin is ready to take action against her ex-husband to keep his story from being released. And it sounds like she is willing to go as far as to throw him in jail and take her children’s father away from them to protect her own past and life.
“Jon was notified recently of Kate’s intentions to file a lawsuit against him, but the whole thing is ridiculous,” a source has revealed. Kate’s intentions were to file a lawsuit against Jon that could remove his parental rights for all eight children and prevent him from ever publishing a book about Kate’s secrets. “Kate has been shopping her lawsuit around to various law firms, but no one is interested in taking her on because she has no actual evidence to support her case. Kate is desperate to find witnesses who will take the stand and testify against Jon,” the insider reveals.
One has to wonder what Kate has to hide to the point where she would put Jon in jail and prevent her children from having a father. “And it’s not like Kate just wants to sue Jon to make sure the book never goes public again, she wants to see Jon in jail!
