Kate Gosselin, reality star and frequent guest co-host on The View, has been confirmed as one of the competitors for Dancing with the Stars Season 10.
The entertainment news website RadarOnline posted confirmation that Kate Gosselin was joining the Dancing with the Stars cast early Monday afternoon. The website also reported that the producers of DWTS have made special arrangements to accomodate Gosselin. The mother of eight will be practicing her routines at a facility close to her Pennsylvania home so that she can be close to her children.

Kate Gosselin most recently appeared as a guest co-host on The View in December. Before that, she ad a week long co-hosting gig on The View subbing for Elisabeth Hasselbeck while she was on maternity leave in September 2009. She is already scheduled for another session at The View coffee table on March 11th.
