On Kate Gosselin’s second day co-hosting “The View” she disclosed that despite whether her family kept filming “Jon and Kate Plus 8” their TLC reality show, her marriage to Jon was already in trouble.
"It was going to happen anyway," Kate stated of her split from Jon Gosselin after 10 years of marriage, Kate referring to the implications that the family's reality TV show broke up their marriage. "All of the issues were there."
Kate also stated that her kids are already asking about her love life, one her kids asked her recently, "Mommy, are you going to marry another daddy?"
The reality TV star says she will not react to the comments made by her estranged husband Jon Gosselin on "Good Morning America." Last week, Jon told "GMA" that he took a lot of abuse from Kate and that he despises her.
"I need to do this for my kids," "Whatever is going to play out, they will see." Kate taking the high rode about not lashing out at Jon publically for his comments.
In other news on “The View” Taylor Swift, 19, also made an appearance and spoke about the very public comment Kanye West made during the VMA awards on Sunday night. Taylor stated, “Well I think my overall thought process went something like, ‘Wow I can’t believe I won, this is awesome, don’t trip and fall, I’m going to get to thank the fans this is so cool, oh and Kanye West is here.’”
When the ladies of “The View” asked Taylor if she would accept a personal apology from Kanye West she said “sure.” Reportedly moments after airing the segment, Swift received a phone call from Kanye and he did apologized – for the fourth time.

I rarely watch the view, but caught yesterday and today to see Kate. She was awesome and so was Taylor. I think Kate would do extremely well with her own talk show. I admire Kate as I do believe with all my heart that she is an awesome and sincere mom. I beleive she is one classy lady and has gotten a stinky deal from being with Jon. They are polar opposites and Jon is better suited for another low-life scumbag like Hailey. They make a perfect pair. My biggest concern is the kids as Jon's lifestyle, behavior and comments are really selfish and harmful to his kids. Kate, you rock lady!
How convenient for K/Hate to say, “All the issues were there.” Of course it was. Pre-Jon K/Hate was engaged. Her ex-fiancé broke the engagement b/c of her controlling behaviors. K/Hate met Jon at a picnic, saw he was with another woman, pursued him…YES, K/Hate pursued Jon and didn’t care about the other woman. Watch past episodes, she actually brags about it!! If the issues were there, then WHY did K/Hate want another child after the twins? Why did she pursue fertility treatment knowing there were issues? If issues were there WHY did they repeat their vows in Hawai’i?
I hope the kids ask Jon if he is going to marry another mommy. That will REALLY send Kate over the edge. Even better, I hope they ask K/Hate if “…daddy will marry another mommy…” Maybe they already did and she freaked!
The View tiptoed around K/Hate! I guess K/Hate was traveling the low road for so long, she decided to change strategies by traveling the high road. It is unfortunate that Jon doesn’t have a PR team like K/Hate’s TLC PR team. Jon should have chosen his words carefully but didn’t. Jon needs to regroup, restrategize and create an Extreme Makeover team as K/Hate did.
If K/Hate had taken the high road during their marriage maybe things would have been different. NOW she decides to try ALL the things Jon had to be responsible for. NOW she is appearing to be more patient and kind. Where was that in the EARLIER years? K/Hate has atrocious behaviors that chased EVERYONE away. Her new friends are now PAID employees.
K/Hate STARTED public bashing with her magazine interviews, remember People Mag, “…its like being married to a 15 y/o?...I hope one day Jon will p/u the phone and tell me aliens abducted him?” How about K/Hate’s long term consistent bashing and degradation of Jon?
i dont blame jon at all, if i had to live with someone like kate, i would have gone out and found someone who would show me "respect", kate doesnt seem to understand that you dont treat your husband like one of your children. So he had an affair, if the shoe was on kate's foot and she had the affair what would have happened. You think any man would want to raise her 8 children. get real kate, you lost to someone who gave jon the love and respect he deserve.

Kate is a typical Pa. redneck shallow, boring, bragging B####. All she can talk about is her "kids". Enough already.
Who cares about listening to her with that constnat "it is all for my kids" when she only sees them 26 out of 52 weeks a year.
Yes, many moms have to work outside the home, but they go home at night to take care of the children. And decent caring fathers don't move so far away that their social life is more important.
Now the dogs are given away? What next? If John really cared about the dogs the way he cries in his beer that he does, he would not have moved so far away that he can't take care of them. Boo Hoo

I don't like Dr. Phil but he sure blew Kate off on The View. His body language told it all.
You said it. Him and his big fat ego are annoying. Who else has to have his wife/husband sit in the audience of every show? How many husbands and wives have to show up at each others jobs to "support" them.
Or is Dr. Phil's wife keeping an eye on him because he is a big, fat flirt and can't be trusted due to his big fat ego?
To those Kate lovers, we Kate haters are not jealous. We just don't like her phony ways. All the hype that it is all for the kids when she only sees them for half of the year. John gets them half the time and she gets them half of the time. Now they took the dogs away. What could be better for the stability of the children than two loving dogs?
John couldn't get a place nearby and take the dogs with him if Kate didn't want them at the house when she was home?
We have dogs that we switch back and forth with our married children who have to travel. The dogs love having two homes and we all get to love them. Wouldn't give them away for anything, or take them away from the grandchildren.
Lots and Lots of people in NY have dogs - seems like everyone is walking dogs there so that is BS that John can't take them to NY.
