Kate Gosselin was aware and "in agreeance" with TLC's decision to limit Jon Gosselin's role on Jon and Kate Plus 8 and rename the show just Kate Plus 8, she told Meredith Vieira this morning on the Today show. Kate, however, claims she had no influence and was not present during the TLC decision making process.
Kate feels it was certainly the right decision, once again stating that her and Jon have different "goals," and at this point she feels she's the only parent that is looking out for the best of her children. She also says she's a "contract honorer" and plans on meeting her commitment to TLC. Jon, however, thinks the show should end immediately and has filed a "cease and desist" order halting production of Jon and Kate Plus 8. TLC is going along with it for right now, because, as Kate says, Jon does have the power to take the kids off the show.
Kate, however, disputes Jon's assertion that their children being on TV is detrimental, and that they don't want to do it anymore. Kate claims that when she told the kids that they weren't going to be filming over the weekend, all 8 of them were "wailing" and very upset about it. She says both her and the kids all still enjoy being a part of the show.
Kate said the show needs to move forward, because it is her job, and that it's paying their bills. She was quick to point out that the kids are not "working," they're just running around playing. OK, so when the cameras follow Kate's every move throughout a day it's "work," but when they follow the kids it's "play." Got it.
Kate also said that Jon's receiving bad advice, making bad decisions, and that this whole thing with stopping the show is an act and he's "in a game."
Well, if a "game" is being played, it's clear that there are not going to be any winners, only losers.

Enough is enough. Why do legitimate broadcast companies keep this stupid "He Said, She Said" up front?

Kate Gosselin is a child abuser-Period. Gosselin children need their Daddy, Kate Gosselin made Daddy go away so she could keep using and abusing the Gosseiin children. Kate is never home, she is in search of fame, she does not have the best interest of the children at heart, she has her interest ONLY at heart! Otherwise she would get a normal job that would support the children but not want to be gone all the time so she does not have to raise the children. Kate on tv at all at this point is just stupid. America does not like her because of all the lies, the wedding in Hawaii was all for money and Kate trying to find fame, it was a lie. You could even tell it was not real but all done for Kate to make more money off the Gosselin childrens back to get her nasty feet and nails done. Now she spends more time away shopping and make overs. Don't matter though, Kate Gosselin is still and always will be a JACKASS. Kate hates her children In my opinion, she just uses them.
And any show or book Kate Gosselin has anything to do with her on out will be lies for money, get real people, she is as fake as her tummy is, and a bad job at that.
OMG, I just watched the octo mom, Nauda on the view-TLC and The view need her for a show. She is such a fun person to watch. You know what, that woman is just a joy to watch and I did not think I would watch her but now being through the stupid Kate Gosselin, Nauda is such a refreshing person. OMG, I can not believe I just said that but that woman just makes you want to live and I can see why she may very well be a good mom! I can just see her children, I am sure she does take care of them and loves them now-I just never watched her. Thanks to the view I look forward to seeing her on tv more. She is so real and caring. Kate is so fake and prison guard like, well she will never be trusted again for sure. Gosh-bring on nauda, she does need to be on tv, she is a natural. She looks great and all natural she says, well either way, she sure looks better than Kate Gosselin. I would love spending a day with Nauda-never Kate boring selfish filled with hate for her family!
