Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish wed in the wide open spaces of The Ranch at Rock Creek in Montana. According to People magazine on Sept. 1, the actress and the director married on a bluff overlooking sprawling meadows featuring a flood of wildflowers native to The Treasure State.
The setting for the pair's chosen venue in the Western town called Philipsburg could not have been more romantic for these and many other outdoor nuptials. In this case, Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish spoke their personally written vows before given the word that the two could officially consider themselves husband and wife on Saturday.
Their place of purpose is known as an upscale dude ranch, popular with the "glamping" crowd as well as those looking to get married in a natural environment. As for the latter, The Ranch at Rock Creek offers unforgettable special destination weddings that take place in various areas belonging to this enthralling spread that covers a whopping 10 square miles.
That said, guests of the Bosworth Polish wedding, including Lake Bell and Walton Goggins, were treated to a modified ranch-to-table supper in the on-property Granite Lodge dining room, which regularly features Montana-raised beef, lamb, and dairy products as well as a bounty of organic produce. After dining was done for Kate and Michael's wedding dinner, celebrators were said to go on to boogie into the night at the Silver Dollar Saloon.
And so, as Kate Bosworth drank in her dream wedding at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Montana on Aug. 31, all in attendance were able to sample the wonders of Montana, a place so serene it will probably be tough for this celebrity couple to return to the reality of Hollywood and all the madness of movie making.
