Kate Middleton is dealing without another photo scandal according to a Feb. 12 E! News report. Italian magazine Chi is at it again. After printing topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge last year, the magazine has now published photos of a pregnant Middleton in a bikini while she and husband, Prince William are vacationing on the secluded Caribbean Island of Mustique.
“We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas,” the palace said in a statement photos. “This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy.”
The photos reportedly show the pregnant royal walking on the beach with her husband. The last time Chi and its French sister publication Closer violated the royal couple’s privacy, the couple filed a criminal complaint against Closer.
The palace has not issued any statement regarding whether or not any legal action will be taken in this instance. British new outlets have reportedly refused to publish the photos out of respect to the royal family.
E! News reports that in 2006, Chi also published photos of Princess Diana's body after the deadly 1997 crash that took her life.
