Kat Von D says she and Jesse James are still together, and she’s sporting a huge diamond ring.
The celebrity tattoo artist and star of LA Ink recentlyshowed up on the set of The Joy Behar Show with a large diamond on her ring finger, but told Joy beforehand that she didn’t want to discuss her ring.
False rumors of Kat’s Breakup with Jesse James
Because Kat fought hard to have footage of herself with Jesse cut from the season finale of LA Ink, (she lost the battle), rumors began circulating that she and Jesse James had split.
However, in recent interviews, Kat personally quelled rumors that she’d broken up with Jesse James, and rekindled her romance with former flame Nikki Sixx.
“I’m not dating Nikki,” Kat told USA Today. “We didn’t get back together. Jesse and I didn’t break up.”

In a separate interview, Kat spoke briefly about her newly acquired Victorian ring, but would not comment one way or the other as to whether or not it’s an engagement ring.
Kat said she loves the design of the ring, which is from the 1900s. She called it an addition to all the rest of her jewelry, and her Victorian collection, saying " They don't make things like this anymore. There's no more craftsmanship in a lot of things."
Since the ring, which made its first appearance on The Joy Behar Show, has been the subject of much speculation, sparking rumors that Kat and Jesse would soon be walking down the aisle. On that issue Kat has remained mum, refusing to confirm or deny that she and Jesse James are engaged.
Kat Von D’s and Jesse James’ Romance
Kat, 28, has known Jesse since she was 22, but they only began dating a few months ago – shortly after Jesse’s high profile divorce from Sandra Bullock. See Has Jesse James Replaced Sandra Bullock with Kat Von D?
In mid- August, Kat tweeted, then quickly deleted that she and Jesse were dating.
But, in early September, Jesse and Kat went public with their romance at the grand opening of Kat's Wonderland Gallery, in West Hollywood.
Their budding romance has been chronicled by TMZ, Radar Online, and numerous celebrity gossip websites and magazines.
Since Kat lives in California, and Jesse recently relocated to Texas, they’ve been flying back and forth to see each other for their dates.
In a recent People magazine interview, Jesse James said he liked everything about Kat, and was happy with her from both a business and personal point of view.
Kat admitted that she’s in love with Jesse, and told People magazine she thinks Jesse is “the one.”
So are Kat Von D and Jesse James engaged?
Is there any truth to the rumors that they will soon be walking down the aisle?
We’ll just have to wait and see.
