Andrea Herrera-Cardena has stayed relatively quiet since she was released from prison, but everyone knew it was only a matter of time before she reverted back to her Kat Stacks bad-girl persona.
Early Sunday morning, just hours after announcing her shocking split with WSHH, the once infamous vixen and self-proclaimed groupie posted a photo on Instagram with the caption “thanks for the new a**.” In the photo, she is seductively straddling a man’s lap, who apparently forked over the money for her newest asset. This latest photo is puzzling, since Kat Stacks was reportedly trying to shed her bad-girl image as she prepared to release her tell-all book “Autobiography” which is set to be released on October 15th. Since her release from prison, she has also constantly posted messages on Twitter about the injustices and abuse she suffered while allegedly being forced into the sex industry.

Her life experiences undoubtedly left her emotionally and physically scarred, but it really makes one wonder why Kat Stacks is now posting photos boasting about her new butt implants, a body enhancement which does nothing to disassociate her with the adult entertainment industry.
