Kasel Associated Industries recalls multiple pet products due to Salmonella

In a press release sent out on February 19th, Kasel Associated Industries issued a voluntary recall of ALL pet products manufactured in its Denver Colorado facility from April 20, 2012 through September 19, 2012. This major voluntary recall is due to possible Salmonella contamination. Salmonella can be transmitted by touching the infected products, making humans as well as pets at risk for Salmonella poisoning. The products affected by the voluntary recall were distributed nationwide. The brands affected include:

• Petco brand
• Best Bully Stick
