In recent weeks, former lovers Chris Brown and Rihanna have seemed to only grow closer amidst the drama of their rekindled relationship.
While their reconciliation saw them remain low key at first, Rihanna and Chris have appeared to go public with their love for one another these days.
This has been evidenced by Rihanna discussng her connection to Brown in a recent interview with Rolling Stone as well as showing up by his side during his scheduled court appearance in Los Angeles earlier this week.
Lost a bit in the shuffle has been Chris’ other ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran. Despite still claiming to be close to Chris and even collaborating with him on his women’s clothing line titled “The Kill”, there’s no denying that Karrueche has been out of the picture whenever Rihanna is around.
It’s been hard to get a gauge on Karrueche’s feelings, but a recent message from her seems to indicate she is doing alright.
Taking to her personal Instagram page on Wednesday, Feb. 6, Karrueche was seen with a new man while claiming “thank you boo for bringing me back to life!”
A bit surprising at first and some further inspection actually shows that the man in the photo with Karrueche is celebrity hair stylist Larry Sims.
His biography shows that Sims got started in the music industry fifteen years ago in Chicago as a professional dancer and choreographer for such acts as Missy Elliot and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
After pursuing his passion of styling hair, Sims has gone on to work with the likes of Queen Latifah, David and Victoria Beckham, Gabrielle Union, and Karrueche’s very good friend Christina Milian.
The feeling here is that Karrueche’s revived attitude came from a new hairstyle and that her relationship with Sims is surely just a friendship.
