Karolina Kurkova talks with Access Hollywood about working with Naomi Campbell

Supermodel Karolina Kurkova, one of the mentors of Oxygen's upcoming reality show "The Face" sat down with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, and talked about working with Naomi Campbell on the show.

"She's very strong," she revealed to the Access Hollywood hosts about Naomi. "She's very competitive." But don't worry, things were kept professional, Karolina revealed. "We get along," she continued. "We [are] all three different and I think that's what's wonderful about the show."

"The Face" is set to premiere on Tue., Feb. 12, but this coming Tue., Feb. 5, a one-hour special reveals the process in which Naomi, Karolina and third supermodel mentor Coco Rocha went through to pare down the original 24 semi-finalists to the 12 finalists who would continue on in the hopes of becoming "The Face."

Unlike "America's Next Top Model," where contestants are judged by Tyra and her crew, the models on "The Face" will be judged by the clients that are casting for actual campaigns. Each of the supermodels has 4 girls that she takes under her wing, grooming her to win the competition. It's a contest for the girls, but it's also a competition for the supermodel mentors as well.
