Karl Strauss' La Jolla Brewery Restaurant has undergone a fairly extensive remodel, and is set to reopen to the public on Wednesday, September 28th, 2011.
Karl Strass is throwing a party to commemorate the Grand Reopening, 5:00p-9:00p at the La Jolla location, 1044 Wall Street, La Jolla.
You must purchase a ticket, online, up until 2pm the day of, $20 per person, and the event is expected to sell out.
Your ticket gets you into this private event along with 5 Beer Tasters and Unlimited Food Pairings, a Karl Strauss logo pint glass, Meet the Brewer, and Brewery Tours.
Veteran of several Karl Strauss special events, and countless Karl Strauss random evenings, I must say if you are available Wednesday, get yourself down there. Two or three beer tasters and the pint glass are worth the price of admission, but have you tried their food?
Karl Strauss does some amazing things with Chops, Cream and Cotija, and when paired with their incredible craftbrews, you will start making plans to relocate your family. Tower 20 Double IPA and Karl's 22nd Anniversary Vanilla Imperial Stout will be featured, along with a full board of your favorites.
Come Wednesday for the reopening, or anytime thereafter, for a delicious barrage to your taste buds. Then find the Karl Strauss location nearest you and become a regular there. You'll thank me.
