Karissa Shannon, former girl next door, threatens to sue Spencer Pratt over sex tape

Self-proclaimed "Super Douche" Spencer Pratt is in big trouble with Playmate Karissa Shannon over a steamy sex tape.

Pratt purportedly hit a treasure trove of sex tapes while packing up to leave his Malibu home after his divorce from Heidi Montag. Among the tapes was a girl on girl tape featuring Shannon and Montag, and a steamy sex tape featuring Shannon and her boyfriend, Smallville actor, James Jones III.

Steven Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment was hoping to release the tape, as fans of Shannon are eager to see the salacious material. However Shannon has threatened to sue if the video is released. In an interview with E! Online, Shannon says, "I was 18 years old and I was dating Sam. It's really embarrassing. I'm just really trying to move forward and this thing is just really setting me back."

In the meantime Pratt has publicly apologized to his ex-wife Montag in an interview with People magazine saying "I need to apologize to Heidi and my 11.5 fans.I'm an epic douche - and you deserve better."
