At 11,446 square feet, the San Souci Estates mansion, owned by Emilio Vega, who also owns a construction company, has 8 bedrooms, 11 full and 3 half baths, Pecky Cypress wood and cast stone decorative ceilings, wood floors, a living room with surround sound for an eighty inch television, a billiard room with seventy-inch televisions, bar and lounge area, a private fourth floor sun deck, a dining room, den, library, second floor massage room, and a heated basement with room for 10 cars.
The exterior of the luxury estate has 340 feet of waterfront, a pool with underwater speakers, a Jacuzzi and LED lighting. There are incredible views of Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Indian Creek Island and downtown Miami. By records, Vega paid one million dollars for the vacant lot and later built the home in 2012.
