Kardashian mansions reality TV and real life (Photos)

The mansion Palazzo di Mare, once home of the realty TV show Kourtney and Kim Take Miami show, is for sale for $14.5 million. The listing real estate agent, Jill Hertzberg, calls it "one of South Florida's most astonishing single-family residences" she has ever seen.

The address of the $100,000 per month mansion is 2095 NE 120th Rd, North Miami, FL 33181. At 11,446 square feet, the San Souci Estates mansion, owned by Emilio Vega, who also owns a construction company, has 8 bedrooms, 11 full and 3 half baths, Pecky Cypress wood and cast stone decorative ceilings, wood floors, a living room with surround sound for an eighty inch television, a billiard room with seventy-inch televisions, bar and lounge area, a private fourth floor sun deck, a dining room, den, library, second floor massage room, and a heated basement with room for 10 cars.

The exterior of the luxury estate has 340 feet of waterfront, a pool with underwater speakers, a Jacuzzi and LED lighting. There are incredible views of Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Indian Creek Island and downtown Miami. By records, Vega paid one million dollars for the vacant lot and later built the home in 2012.

A guest house has two bedrooms and two baths, about 343 feet of waterfront, a one hundred foot canal side concrete dock and boatlift, and an all around vanishing edge pool.

Although the house is located in a gated community, the street on which the house is located, 120th Road, has public access, so the gate guard can not keep people off it. A neighbor to the house had problems with the TV crews parking everywhere and blocking his drive, in addition to a lot he was selling for an investor client.
