The Kardashian empire is slowly crumbling, perhaps slipping into oblivion if you look at last Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians as proof. That E! episode just happened to garner the TV show's lowest ratings of the season, according to Radar Online on Friday, Oct. 4. That begs the question, with all the drama that envelops the clan, will a new crisis save the reality series?
At its peek, the show managed over 3 million viewers. In its last viewing, KUWTK saw just 1.8 million fans tuning in, and only 1 mill were those of the ad-prefered age of 18-49.
Industry insiders predict the bell may be tolling for the Kardashian's hold on reality TV. They point out how when Kendra Wilkinson's show dropped below a million viewers, the show was abruptly dropped.
Compare the Kardashian ratings with hit shows like "The Big Bang Theory", which premiered this season with over 20 million viewers, and the much-anticipated finale of "Breaking Bad" that drew over 10 million fans to their TV screens.
Perhaps even the drama surrounding Khloe and Lamar isn't enough to keep their brand going. Momager Kris Jenner's been in the news for her supposedly deteriorating marriage to Bruce Jenner.
And Kim and Kanye never fail to make headlines when they step from beyond their gates, especially if they have little North in tow and Kanye's in a mood!
Maybe this explains why Rob and Scott decided to lock lips on camera in the video above?
Who knows, but just maybe they need a new crisis to keep the show on top!
