Guests who attend the Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wedding will have to sign a strict confidentiality agreement and agree to hand over their cell phones. The couple will demand that those who witness their nuptials do not talk to the media. They’ve gone so far as to say that they will confiscate any cell phones that are found.

The power couple is trying to prevent a repeat of West’s marriage proposal. YouTube co-founder, Chad Hurley leaked the video of the proposal online prompting the high security measures for the wedding.

A source close to Kardashian and West revealed, “Guests will have to go through extensive security, even most of Kim and Kanye’s celebrity friends. Mobile devices will be held at a secure location and if someone needs to use during the festivities, accommodations will be made, but a long way away from the festivities. This is all designed to discourage guests from using their phones.”

The source went on to claim that Kim and Kanye will more than likely sue anyone who violates the terms of the confidentiality contract. “Kim and Kanye will be licensing the wedding photos for sale and it will also be broadcast on E! as part of their Keeping Up With The Kardashians series.”

RadarOnline reported that the source stated that there are two wedding guests who will not be forced to go through the same security measures as the rest of the guests. The source revealed, “There is no way Kanye would ever even dare to ask Jay Z or Beyonce to sign a non-disclosure agreement, or take away their cell phones. He knows that neither one of them would betray his trust.”

The couple has finalized their prenuptial agreement. According to the agreement, for every year Kim is married to west, she will get $1 million with a cap at $10 million. Kardashian will also have the title of their Bel Air, Calif., mansion will be in her name. Kardashian will also be allowed to keep all of the jewelry and gifts she receives from West.

Kim Kardashian’s income from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, her clothing line and any promotional appearances will be considered separate and her sole income. In addition, one of Kanye West’s life insurance policies, valued at $20 million will name Kardashian as the beneficiary for life regardless of any divorce.

The high profile Kardashian West wedding is scheduled to take place on May 24 in Paris.
