Kim Kardashian’s baby daddy Kanye West has a message for Kim’s soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries, Hollywood Life reported on Friday, Jan. 4. Reportedly West has put Humphries on notice that it would be a “grave mistake” for Kris to lay any claim to Kanye’s baby with Kim Kardashian.
A source told Hollywood Life exclusively:
“If that fool Kris even tried to pull some s**t like that, damn, Kanye would be hot as f**k and would probably go after his a** and I ain’t talking about in court, either. That would be some foul sh** for someone to even think about doing and I, for one, would hope and encourage Kris not to even pull some bullsh** like that.”
The source continues, “Kanye don’t even like the fact [Kris is] still playing games with Kim over their divorce. Don’t forget that because Kanye hasn’t [played games with Kris] and now that Kim is about to mother his child, he wants him to let her go and get the fu** on!”
If Kim Kardashian would give in to Kris Humphries demands for an annulment based on fraud, the whole matter would be resolved without any legal maneuvering. Allowing the annulment would give both parties the opportunity to move on with their lives.
But the question of paternity may be moot, because according to Calif. law in order for the husband of the pregnant woman to be the presumed father, the couple has to be cohabitating. Since Kim and Kris have not lived together since Oct. 31, 2011, Kris Humphries would have no reason to be the presumed father of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s baby.
