The alleged picture belonged to Fabio Massimo Gammacurta. The Italian photographer filed a complaint with the Southern District of New York, on April 8, 2013 against Kanye West and Ibe Jasper who also goes by the names of FM Phenomenal and Ferrari Murakami. Fabio is asking for payment of over $150,000 on April 9, 2013.

It wasn’t until Jan. 14, 2014 that Kanye and his lawyer, Pryor Cashman LLP, answered Fabio’s complaint. Kayne denies all the allegations, except he did admit that Fabio “purports to assert the claim alleged therein” of paragraph one of the complaint. In Kanye’s answer, he demands a jury trial.

Apparently, Kanye was in trouble for something like this before. He is accused of stealing other designers clothing designs. His designs are similar to Rick Owens and Ermanno Scervino. Kim Kardashian is also coming under scrutiny for stealing designs for her girl clothes collection, Kardashian Kids.
