Kayne West is far from humble and this comes through loud and clear in a recent interview he gave across the pond. West calls himself the “Number one rock star on the planet,” saying that rap is the new rock and roll, according to Us Weekly on Sept. 23.
He even has a bizarre way of explaining how much Kim Kardashian means to him. While he started off saying that she’s given him family and support, he finishes off with Kim “was in a powerful enough situation where she could love me without asking me for money, which is really hard for me to find.”
Wow, does this mean Kim fit the criteria for West because she had her own money? West came off in this interview as a man with a very inflated ego. There wasn’t a thing said about any of Kim’s redeeming qualities that he holds dear except that she came with her own bank roll.
West went on to stroke his ego even more by saying that he’s surpassed Michael Jackson, “I’ve got to the point that Michael Jackson did not break down,” he said about the King of Pop. Apparently he believes he’s gone much further than Jackson ever did by reaching the “glass ceiling.”
West offers up all of this and he thinks he is someone that should be looked on as one of the greats, but he “still has a hard time getting people to see his potential,” he claims.
With such egos in the Kardashian-West household it’s hard to imagine that hour doesn’t go by without one or the other standing in front of the mirror admiring what they see. It sounds like the word humble doesn't have much meaning in this household.
