Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are no strangers to being in the headlines. In fact, it seems the pair can't step out into public without making the news. However, this time it seems things may have gotten a little more serious for the newly engaged couple. According to an article published by Us Weekly on Jan. 13, West reportedly punched a man in defense of his bride-to-be.
Us Weekly reports that Kardashian and West were leaving a meeting in Beverly Hills when a young man shouted derogatory remarks towards nearby paparazzi. Us Weekly says a source revealed that Kardashian told the man that he shouldn't “use racial slurs,” and in response the man verbally assaulted her with a racist saying.
Reports indicate that West then followed the man into a nearby building and punched him in the arm, and police were called to the scene.
At the time of this publication neither Kardashian nor West had released statements confirming or denying whether this altercation took place.
