Kanye West's behavior Friday must be putting a smile on the L.A. City Attorney's face. Kanye is playing right into what prosecutors likely will do in their battery case against him, which is try to use prior bad acts to prove West's first instinct is to become violent and confrontational with paparazzi, according to The Hollywood Gossip on Sept. 29. The infuriated rapper lunged at another photographer Friday morning as he and Kim Kardashian were leaving his L.A. pad.
The pair were en route to the airport at around 4 a.m. when the run-in occurred. The photogs were taunting West, 36, about his Twitter feud with Jimmy Kimmel from the day before when Kanye finally lost it.
He went after the guy's camera, and the pictures sort of look like he made contact with it, but it was reported there was no physical contact between the two men themselves.

Kanye's volatile nature and past history of trouble with the paparazzi may just end up playing a role in his battery case currently pending against him.
Kanye is being charged with battery and attempted grand theft after an incident at LAX on July 19. West allegedly assaulted a photographer and tried to steal his camera as he was passing through the terminal.
But likely prosecutors will try to show that it wasn't the first such incident, and likely won't be the last, so he must be punished.
There are at least four other such cases prosecutors can point to in order to try and prove this. The judge may allow prosecutors to show prior bad acts if they're relevant to the case.
On this past July 12, West ordered a photographer not to talk "ever". Apparently not to him or even anyone who may be with him. He then grabbed the camera as well.
On March 10 of this year, Kanye went crazy on the paparazzi after first trying to avoid them, and bumping into a metal pole in Beverly Hills with Kim Kardashian in tow.
Perhaps the most relevant and potentially most damaging for the one who recently called himself the biggest thing in music, may be the incident that happened way back in September of 2008.
West lost it on another photographer at LAX, smashing his expensive camera to bits. Kanye reimbursed the paparazzo and the charges were dropped, but prosecutors will try to show this set up a pattern of behavior.
And now there's even this latest incident Friday at West's Hollywood Hills home, where things may not have escalated to full-on physical violence, but Kanye was clearly enraged.
After the first photographer said good morning to Kanye, his immediate response was, "Shut the f*ck up"!, according to the Daily News.
After lunging at the cameraman, who he now claims was trespassing, he ended by calling them blood-sucking mosquitoes before he sped off into the dark.
What do you think? Is West over the line, or are the paparazzi at fault?
