Kanye West, Kings of Leon to headline the Governors Ball Music Festival

On Jan. 22 the official line-up for the 2013 Governors Ball Music Festival was announced and headlining the festival this spring will be Kanye West, Kings of Leon, and one still to be named artist. The music festival is set to take place from June 7 to 9 at Randall's Island in New York City. You can view the complete line-up for the 2013 Governors Ball Music Festival below.

Rap artists, rock bands, indie bands, and electronic music artists are all on the bill. Some of the rap artists set to perform at the 2013 Governors Ball Music Festival is Nas, Kendrick Lamar, and Azealia Banks. Nas' recent tour partner Erykah Badu is also included in the line-up.

Some of the indie bands set to perform at the festival in June includes Beach House, Best Coast, The xx, Of Monsters and Men, Young the Giant, and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros.

Early Bird pre-sale tickets for the music festival go on sale beginning Jan. 25. As of now, only 3-day passes will be available to purchase, and single day tickets may or may not become available at a future date.
