The rapper/producer did not attend the hearing, however; his attorney entered the plea on his behalf. The ‘Yeezus’ star has been instructed to attend 24 anger management sessions, complete 250 hours of community service and pay restitution.

The altercation was caught on camera which may have meant jail-time for West if he didn’t accept the plea deal from the prosecutors.

According to, Daniel Ramos, the paparazzo assaulted by West, attended the hearing and told the court:

"I feel Kanye west should be sent to jail for his attack on me at LAX airport," Ramos told the court. "I was only doing my job… In fact, I gave him a compliment and told him he was cool… I'm still suffering from taking medication as the result of the attack [and suffering] pain on right hip area, and suffering mentally and emotionally."

He goes on to say:

"Kanye used me to promote his Yeezus album and Yeezus concert," Ramos said. "Kanye needs to be stopped before he can seriously hurt someone else."

Kanye has a restraining order and cannot be within 100 yards of Ramos. Since Ramos is a celebrity photographer, how will this be possible?
