Kayne West is in legal trouble again. This time, according to a TMZ exclusive, Kayne punched an 18-year-old boy inside a medical building.

As Kim was outside a Beverly Hills medical building, wanting to enter for an appointment, the paparazzi swarmed her. The unidentified 18-year-old tried helping Kim inside. He started screaming obscenities at the paparazzi and he used the N-word. When Kim politely requested that he refrain from using the N-word, he started yelling obscenities at her.

Kim pulled out her cell phone and called fiancé, Kayne West who arrived on the scene almost immediately. The young teenager, when he discovered Kayne coming into the building, entered Chiropractor Richard Hills waiting room. Kayne entered the room and found the young man sitting down. Eye-witnesses report that Kayne punched the guy, while Kim screamed that they had everything on tape.

The two men were separated and they waited for the police to arrive. The 18-year old wants to press charges against Kayne West.

The police released this statement to Hollywood Life, "On Monday, January 13th at approximately 12:15 PM, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the 8800 block of Wilshire Blvd. regarding a Misdemeanor Battery that just occurred at the location. The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses. Mr. West had left the location prior to Officers arrival."

Police are conducting a follow-up investigation on the alleged incident.

This isn't the first time that Kayne West is in trouble for assaulting someone. Kayne attacked a photographer on July 19, 2013 at the LAX Airport. He is still facing charges over that incident.
