Kanye West may seem like he's full of himself. But he was able to admit that he has been a "fashion victim" in the past. The Hollywood Reporter got the words straight from the rapper's mouth on Jan. 20.

West introduced his first collaborative collection, A.P.C., at Paris Fashion Week. His collection debuted on Monday in the fashion capital of the world.

West describes his collection as angsty, vulnerable and tortured, much like himself.

The rapper told the audience to be patient with him. He showed his collection to a small group of people in the media and fashion industry. His six-piece collection included men's parachute pants, military coats and sweatshirts.

West told the audience that fashion has always been his passion, as cliche as it sounds.

He also made a long statement. In the statement, he admitted that he has "definitely been a fashion victim".

West talked about how his music has more to offer than just entertainment value. He says his music is better when he's allowed to eat and drink, or use his right and left foot at the same time. No one's sure what he meant by that.

Kanye West showed a different side of himself at the A.P.C. show. A side that fans never seen in his music videos or at his concerts. The rapper turned designer used some humbleness and profound thoughts to explain who he truly is, as a designer.
