Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel are in a vicious Twitter war. Kanye demands an apology. So what set off this rapper now? Usually it's the paparazzi sparking Kanye's intense anger, but this time it is over a humorous skit.
Kanye had an interview with BBC Radio 1, with host Zane Lowe. Jimmy took the opportunity to make a joke out of Kanye's hour-long interview. He used two kids to reenact a section of Kanye's interview with Zane. They recited the rapper’s and Zane's words exactly. Almost everyone who watched Jimmy's late night show thought it was funny, however Kanye failed to see the funny side of the joke.
Kanye took to Twitter and spewed a bunch of offensive remarks, full of bad language. Many of them are typed in capital letters to get his point across, but perhaps Kanye didn’t realize his caps lock was on.
On Thursday, Jimmy informed viewers that Kanye called him on the phone. During their brief conversation, Kanye demanded an apology. He also told Jimmy that he is the most powerful voice in the media.
“Your life is going to be much better if you apologize.”
Sometimes Jimmy plays pranks on people. Fans are wondering if this feud is real, or will the two of them get together and laugh about it. Jimmy tweeted this on Sept. 26, “ I'll tell you the whole story about @kanyewest tonight on the show - this is not a prank, I promise (unless it's being played on me).
