Kansas City's New King Of Kickball

The Kansas City Sport & Social Club (“KCSSC”) and KC Kickball, two of Kansas City’s largest kickball league providers, have joined forces. The opportunity to create a strong league with multiple divisions and multiple formats doesn’t come along often. The joint effort also means that teams will be able to participate in leagues that are the most affordable in the midtown area.

KCSSC has traditionally served 20 teams per session, and KC Kickball regularly hosts 34 teams. This new hybrid league will host all 54 teams in 4 divisions on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Teams will have the opportunity to participate in a The Dime division which uses a ten inch ball, or the Long Ball division that uses 8.5 inch balls. This league will truly be the King of Kansas City Kickball.

Kickball shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. Players that register (www.kcsportandsocial.com) in the initial registration period can play for just $42.50 dollars per player. Registration fees rise to $52.50 dollar per player in the supplemental registration period. Other leagues in town cost up to $75 per player.

Here are some of the great features:

Fields - The leagues play on softball fields. Feel the rush of running bases on great fields overlooking the City.

Game Officials - The league uses paid officials to referee games. Our motto is “Meet, Greet, Compete.” Leave the administrative duties up to us!

T-shirts – Each player will receive a team shirt. The design of the shirts changes every session. This ensures that you won’t have three of the same shirt at the end of the year.

Parties - There will be a Mid-Season, and Post-Season Party to celebrate all of the action and fun. These events allow players to meet and mingle with players from other divisions of the league.

Registration is open for the Spring session. People interested in playing can go to www.kcsportandsocial.com. Interest individuals can also e-mail info@kcsportandsocial.com or call 816.665.3259.
