The Kansas City Royals are in Surprise, Arizona, for spring training. This team has been full of some pleasant surprises for its fans. So far, they have played eight games. They have won seven games; tied for one. Some trades were made to bring in some better pitching and some coaching staff changes were made over the off-season.
The first game of spring training, the Kansas City Royals played against the Texas Rangers, which ended in a 5-5 tie. Since then, the final scores have been close for many of the games, but the Royals always came out on top. One game had the Royals blowing the Arizona Diamondbacks out of the water with a final score of 16-4. The pitching has been superb and the hitting has been going well, too. All in all, the team looks really good.

Colossians 3: 16-17 says, "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him," (The New American Bible).
