Kail Lowry and Javi Marroquin got married on Tuesday night's episode of "Teen Mom 2," and after it aired, they visited MTV's New York City offices where they chatted about the planning -- and money that went into their magical aquatic-themed day.
"We emptied our savings account for this wedding because I knew that no matter what happened to my life, this is my one and only wedding that I will ever have. And it turned out to be everything I wanted it to be," Kailyn explained during MTV's "Teen Mom 2" after-show, according to a March 27 report by Wetpaint Entertainment.
Prior to the ceremony, Kail actually announced that she and Javi were having to postpone the nuptials because of the lack of funds, then, after they reportedly signed on for season five of "Teen Mom 2," and began filming, they opted to go through with it.
Although that would lead some to think that MTV could have aided in paying for the affair, that doesn't appear to have been the case -- at least not directly. However, at the same time, her MTV salary for the season surely helped.
