Kail Lowry and Javi Marroquin were seen heading to Philadelphia at the end of last night's "Teen Mom 2," and on next week's episode, the pair's wedding day will officially arrive.

In a sneak peek at the episode, provided by Wetpaint Entertainment on March 19, an extremely emotional Kail is seen preparing to walk down the aisle, where Javi is waiting. But first, she and her son Isaac, from her previous relationship with Jo Rivera, share a special moment with one another.

After seeing her son looking as handsome as ever in a mini-tuxedo, Kail immediately tears up.

"What happened to your eyes?" Isaac asks his mommy, who is ready to say her "I do's" at seven-months pregnant.

Kail's response? "You're making me so happy!"

Kail and Javi initially got married in Sept. 2012, but opted to wait to throw their wedding until the following year, after Javi had returned from Air Force training and they had more of a savings account to work with (and likely the help of MTV).

Season five is extremely eventful for Kail and Javi. In addition to sharing their wedding with fans, viewers will also be getting to see Kail give birth to her second son, Lincoln.
