Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro (Magic: The Gathering) have announced the launch of an all new franchise – Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters.  Kaijudo will feature a complete lineup of offerings including a television series, trading card game, and online game.

“As a world leader in creating compelling entertainment featuring stories and fantastic artwork in a variety of expressions, Wizards is looking forward to unleashing the excitement of Kaijudo this year,” says Greg Leeds, President, Wizards of the Coast. “We are thrilled to be working with the talented team at Hasbro Studios and leveraging the growing popularity of The Hub to bring this unique franchise to the U.S. market.”

The series will follow Ray and his friends as they befriend creatures from parallel dimensions and use them to duel.
