Kabbalah Meditation: Currents of Thought Part Eleven

These interpenetrations therefore have the effect of unifying Consciousness along its many levels of experience.  This unification cannot take shape, however, without the always present higher authority that imbues Consciousness with its underlying mandate for existence.  This underlying mandate for existence is that Consciousness will always transcend itself, is never static and always transforming from one state to another throughout eternity.

 

These higher transformations are seen in the various qualities that we may infer from our study of the Tree of Life as we either look at this paradigm from top down or the bottom up.  In every event our perception is characterized by this very same aspect of transformation that continues to take place as the eternal mandate of becoming that is continuously established within Consciousness.  It is out of this becoming that we are able to view the higher counterpart of Expectation called Exuberance.

 

Exuberance is the Keter or crown of Expectation.  It is a quality of emotion yes but much more than a simple emotion it embodies all the joy and hope that we are able to comprehend moving forward into the unknown that is suddenly no longer dark but filled with the light of this exuberance.  

 

In the normal course of cause and effect exuberance is related to some outward event that causes this emotion.  This is not the case when we are focusing our attention on this emotion.  Our focus activates the higher awareness that transforms into the expectation of the experience.  When this expectation is then raised to its own highest level exuberance is then the result.  Once having achieved this highest level of emotion the experience is irrevocably linked with it so that the momentum of becoming now becomes a feedback loop of Attention-Expectation-Exuberance-Experience.  

 

What is the purpose then for the contemplation of these ideas?  Think of Mind as a repository of Consciousness.  The totality of Mind is incomprehensible but through Consciousness it may be catalogued and things place in their higher order.  These higher orders serve as signpost for the seeker which is you to travel along the pathways of Mind building in effect a higher view along the way.  Mind cannot be known except by its own internal inquiry.  This is why we present the ideas of Intention-Expectation-Exuberance in order to gain traction in Mind.  

 

It makes no sense to travel anywhere without a guide to the unknown.  Every inspiration that you pick up along the way does indeed serve as that guide.  

 

Now it would be enough to simply contemplate these ideas and meditate upon their significance in your own personal sphere of influence.  What invariably happens though as a result of these contemplations are those corollaries that you discover for yourself.  This could be as simple as seeing the connections between the growing of plants and the growing of ideas or you might find yourself recognizing these higher concepts in the midst of pursuing mundane activities.  

 

The main purpose then is the self revelation that allows you to make these connections and teaches you that they are available to you all the time.  Not only is revelation immediately present in each moment it is soaring in its meanings and direct connection to those higher worlds we are seeking communication with.  Herein lies the cause for this exuberance because out of these experiences we are assured not only of great outcomes in the here and now but also in the world to come.  

 

One more thing.  This process in general continues in this way forever for the seeking above is eternal and ever expanding. Now there is cause for exuberance.  B"H
